JOB OVERVIEW

We're a DTC brand, founder-led and growing fast. We sell a product that genuinely makes people's lives better, and this year we're building our image ad side out properly.

We're looking for a static ad designer to help us do it.

This starts as part-time, around 20 hours a week. But there's real room to grow. If you're good and you're the right fit, this can grow into a lot more work, and potentially full-time as we scale.

IMPORTANT: Please only apply if you have designed static ads for DTC or ecommerce brands before. Not social media posts. Not logos. Not general graphic design. Actual ads that ran on Facebook or Instagram and had to sell a product. If you haven't done this, this role isn't for you.

THE WORK
- Our creative strategists write the briefs. You bring them to life.
- Each brief gives you a reference, the full copy, and clear direction. You produce the designs from it.
- You send them over, we review, and we either approve or come back with revisions. We give direct feedback and we expect the same back.
- Volume ramps as we head into our busy season. This is ongoing, long-term work for the right person.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Real experience designing static ads for DTC or ecommerce brands
- You understand that different ads do different jobs at different stages of the funnel
- You know the basics most people don't: hierarchy, clarity, and that simple often beats complicated. If simple is the right answer, make it simple. We won't think you were lazy.
- You can use AI to generate images. This is a big one for us.
- You're quick, and you don't need hand-holding
- You bring your own ideas. We want a designer with a brain, not a pair of hands.
