We're a fast-growing D2C eCommerce one-product store in the health niche, currently generating around $50K/month in sales and on track to reach $100K/month. We sell to customers across Europe, and we grow through Facebook video and photo content and paid social.

Specific Tasks

Edit AI-generated and UGC-style video and photo ads for Facebook.
Produce a steady volume of high-quality creatives per week in a range of styles — both AI-generated and traditional (non-AI): UGC-style video and photo, 3D/product renders, video animations/motion graphics, clean product photos, video hooks, demos, testimonials, image ads, and variations of proven winning ads.
Use AI tools such as Canva, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, ---------- , and Weavy to generate visuals, voiceovers, and effects.
Cut, caption, retouch, and polish footage and images into fast-paced, conversion-focused ads.
Iterate quickly on top-performing creatives based on feedback and ad data.
You'll receive clear briefs, SOPs, and creative examples so you can succeed in your role.

Requirements & Skills

Experience with Canva.
Working knowledge of Higgsfield (AI video generation).
Familiarity with Weavy.
Experience with ElevenLabs (AI voiceovers).
Knowledge of ---------- .
A portfolio of previous video work (required — include links or samples).
Good written and spoken English.
A fast, reliable computer capable of smooth video editing.
A fast, stable internet connection (strong WiFi).
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and fast turnaround.
Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with CEST (Amsterdam) time zone.
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.

What You Can Expect

$[6–12] USD per hour, depending on experience.
20–40 hours per week (negotiable).
Long-term position with growth opportunities and salary reviews every 6 months.
