JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Photo Editor based in the Philippines to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for editing and retouching architectural and real estate photography to a high professional standard, ensuring every image aligns with the 10x Visuals aesthetic.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about property photography, with an eye for clean, polished, and true-to-life edits.

What You'll Do
Edit and retouch architectural and real estate photos (interior and exterior)

Perform sky replacements, window pull/blending, colour grading, and exposure corrections

Remove unwanted objects, distortion corrections, and vertical/horizontal straightening

Deliver consistent, high-quality edits that match the 10x Visuals style

Manage and organise image files in a clear, structured workflow

Communicate turnaround times and flag any issues with source files promptly

Submit completed photo edits through our designated delivery system (details provided upon onboarding)

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in architectural or real estate photo editing (portfolio required)

Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop (essential)

Strong understanding of exposure blending, HDR processing, and sky replacement

Excellent attention to detail and a consistent editing style

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines

Good English communication skills (written)

Ability to follow a brief and replicate a specific editing style

Experience with file transfer tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.)

Bonus Points
Experience with twilight/dusk editing

Familiarity with drone/aerial photo editing

Background in construction or architectural photography

Experience working with Australian real estate clients
