About Us
We are a growing DTC furniture brand focusing on handcrafted rattan and wood bedroom pieces for US customers ONLY.
We already have profitable Meta ads(ROAS=4), but our website conversion rate is still low. We are looking for a long?term partner who can help us turn good traffic into more sales through better data, smarter UX, and continuous site optimization.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for improving our website conversion rate across the full funnel: from landing page, to product page, to checkout. This is a hands?on role: you will analyze data, propose changes, and work with our team to implement and test them in Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Shopify, GA4 and Meta ad data to understand user behavior and conversion drop?off points.
- Build and maintain basic dashboards/reports (Shopify, GA4, Meta) so the team can see performance by channel, landing page, device and funnel step.
- Audit our current site (home page, collection pages, product pages, cart, checkout) and propose CRO improvements with clear priorities.
- Work with our designer/developer (or theme editor) to implement changes in Shopify (layouts, sections, copy, trust elements, etc.). If you can do it, that's a plus!
- Plan and run simple experiments (A/B or sequential tests) on key elements: hero section, product page layout, reviews section, FAQ, sticky add?to?cart, offers, etc.
- Help ensure tracking is correct (events, UTM structure, pixel/CAPI, GA4 events) to avoid data loss or mis?attribution.
- Prepare short, clear weekly summaries: “what we tested, what we learned, next steps.”
Must?Have Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in e?commerce or DTC, ideally on Shopify.
Practical experience with GA4, Meta Ads reporting, and Shopify analytics.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnels, conversion rates, cohorts, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiar with CRO concepts: user journeys, trust elements, social proof, landing page best practices.
Able to write clear English in a structured way (for reports, test plans, and internal communication).
Detail?oriented and very execution?focused: you don’t just suggest ideas, you help push them live and measure results.
Nice?To?Have
Experience with furniture, home goods or other high?ticket products.
Experience with heatmap/session tools (e.g. Hotjar, Clarity, Mida).
Experience with A/B testing tools or Shopify testing apps.
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, copy suggestions, or data analysis.
Working Arrangement
Remote, long?term cooperation.
Hours: 80–120 hours per month to start (part?time / heavy part?time), with potential to grow into more hours as we scale.
Or we can based on project and see how it goes.
Time zone: we work mainly in China time, but we are flexible as long as you can join key calls and deliver on deadlines.
How to Apply
Please send:
A short introduction (3–5 paragraphs) about your experience with Shopify and CRO.
1–2 examples of websites you helped improve (before/after or a short story of what you did).
If you can show more of the work report as a proof, that would be great.
