JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

- Process daily company transactions including invoice creation and payment generation.
- Manage payroll salary calculation and payslip generation.
- Monthly financial reconciliation and verify payment advice.
- Prepare and monitor GST quarterly filings.
- Monitor and manage Accounts Payable.
- Conduct regular stock counts and update cost-to-margin charts and Bigseller data.
- Prepare sales summary reports (e.g., Brands/SKUs Sales Summary) and update cost per parcel.
- Shopee income, sales and order report reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions.
- Compile shipping documentation, including sea shipment packing lists.
- Conduct profit analysis, FOC calculation, and discount calculation.
- Support preparation and filing for corporate income tax.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in a finance, bookkeeping or accounting role (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics).
- Have experience working with international clients (Full-time)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and QuickBooks.
- Experience processing Payables for international transfers
- Experience with e-commerce financial reporting (Shopee, Lazada, Bigseller, etc.).
- Familiar with local tax regulations (e.g., GST, CPF, Corporate Tax – Singapore).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
