Creative Designer
US-Based MSP | 100% Remote | Full-Time
Great design is still a human skill. The best creatives today just have better tools — and know exactly when to use them.

About the Company
We're a family-owned business with all-local Philippines leadership and team. We've been 100% work-from-home since day one — not a pandemic pivot. We've grown by valuing our people, building long-term relationships, and doing great work for great clients.
The Role
We're looking for a Creative Designer who understands that AI doesn't make great design — designers do. But the right tools, used well, make great designers faster, more prolific, and more creative than they'd be without them.
You'll own full creative production across marketing, brand, and content — static, motion, and video. You'll use AI where it genuinely helps: ideation, exploration, iteration, and production acceleration. And you'll apply your own judgment, taste, and craft to make sure the final output is something a machine could never produce on its own.
The Mindset We're Looking For
The best creative professionals we've worked with share a few traits:
They know that AI makes a great starting point, not a finished product. They use it to explore ideas faster, break through creative blocks, and accelerate production — then they take it the rest of the way themselves
They have strong creative instincts that no tool can replicate. They know when something is off, when something isn't good enough, and what it would take to make it right
They take ownership of quality. They don't ship work they're not proud of — regardless of how it was made
They're curious about new tools and genuinely open to learning them — not because someone told them to, but because staying sharp matters to them
They communicate clearly about creative decisions. They can explain why something works, take feedback without getting defensive, and push back when a direction isn't right
Who Thrives Here
People who are serious about the craft and smart about the tools. You believe a human designer will always make the work better — and you prove it in everything you ship. You're not resistant to AI, but you're not dependent on it either. You know the difference.
We're a growing MSP with expanding creative needs across marketing, brand, and content. For the right person, that's the opportunity to shape a creative function that produces exceptional work — not just efficient work.
What You'll Do
You'll walk into a business with real creative output needs across marketing, brand, and content — and the expectation that everything that ships is something you're proud to put your name on.
That looks like:
Producing the full range of marketing and brand creative — social graphics, digital ads,
Using AI tools for ideation, concept exploration, and production support — then applying your own judgment and craft to take the output where it needs to go
Creating motion graphics, short-form video, and reels that drive real engagement — not just content that fills a calendar
Generating and refining AI imagery and integrating it into polished, on-brand work where it makes the piece stronger, not just faster
Maintaining brand consistency across every output — and flagging when guidelines need to evolve, not just following them blindly
Building reusable templates, asset libraries, and brand components that make the creative process more consistent and scalable
Collaborating with marketing and leadership to translate campaign objectives into creative that performs — not just looks good
Staying current on both design craft and emerging tools — bringing the best of both into the work
What We're Looking For
A strong portfolio demonstrating range across static, motion, and video creative — this is the first and most important filter
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent) — your craft fundamentals are solid and don't depend on AI to cover gaps
Openness to and working familiarity with AI creative tools (image generation, AI video, AI-assisted workflows) — you've explored them, you use them selectively, and you understand their limits
Motion graphics and video production capability — concept, produce, and deliver independently
Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding — every design decision serves a purpose
Excellent conversational English — clear, natural, and easy to listen to; creative conversations and feedback feel easy, not formal
High attention to detail — you catch what's off before anyone else does
Self-directed — brief in, questions asked upfront, work delivered without hand-holding
Honest communicator — if a direction isn't working, you say so and come with a better idea
Nice to have:
Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, or equivalent) used as part of a broader creative process
UI/UX or web design experience
Photography or videography skills
Experience in a marketing team or agency environment
How Onboarding Works (And How That Changes)
We're honest about how we work with new tea
In your first weeks and months, you'll have real hands-on support from the team. We'll work closely with you to understand our brand, our clients, our standards, and how we operate. We expect questions — and we'll give you the time to learn.
As you show what you can do — that involvement steps back quickly. Trust grows fast here. People who demonstrate ownership and quality work earn autonomy quickly — and significant creative latitude to shape how the brand looks, feels, and moves.
We earn each other's trust through real work — then we get out of the way.
What Success Looks Like
At three months: You're producing on-brand creative consistently and on time across static and motion formats. The work is clearly yours — AI may have helped, but the quality is unmistakably human. You've identified gaps in the creative library and started filling them.
At six months: Marketing campaigns have stronger visual execution than before you joined. Motion and video content is a regular part of output. You've introduced tools or workflows that made the team faster without lowering the creative bar.
At twelve months: The brand looks and feels measurably more polished. You've built systems and asset libraries that scale beyond your own output.
How We Work
We trust our people to do great work and give them the space to do it. Meaningful work means making decisions — and sometimes those won't be right on the first try. We don't punish thoughtful mistakes. We learn and move forward.
We're a growing MSP — not every creative process is built yet. That's part of why we need someone who brings craft and structure to the work, not just waits for direction.
This Role Is Not for You If:
You rely on AI to do all the creative thinking for you
You ship work that's technically complete but not something you're proud of
You treat brand guidelines as optional
Feedback makes you defensive rather than curious
You're not interested in learning new tools or evolving how you work
You separate craft from process — great output requires both
There's no judgment in that list — it's just not the environment. We'd rather be honest now than waste each other's time.
