Home Heart Florida is a pediatric home health agency in the United States. Our nurses care for medically complex children — kids with trachs, vents, and feeding tubes — in their own homes across Florida. The nurses we hire change these families' lives, and this role is the person who finds those nurses for us.

THE ROLE — PART RECRUITER, PART SALESPERSON

We are hiring a full-time Recruiter based in the Philippines to own our nurse hiring pipeline end-to-end. You will:

- Manage our Indeed pipeline daily — review applications, message candidates, screen resumes
- Run 20-30 minute screening calls with US nurses (RNs and LPNs) over Zoom
- Ask smart clinical screening questions using our templates (we will train you)
- Schedule interviews with our clinical team via Calendly
- Follow up persistently so candidates don't ghost — re-engage no-shows, keep ---------- ntum
- Keep our candidate tracker in Notion clean and updated
- Report weekly on pipeline health

SCHEDULE

This is a night-shift role, Philippine time. You will work US Eastern Time hours, because that is when our nurse candidates answer their phones. If you have done BPO night shift, you know the deal — and you know the advantages too.

WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years in recruiting or sales (high-volume, healthcare, or BPO sales experience is a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English — confident on video calls, great phone presence
- NOT shy. You love talking to people, and you follow up without being told to
- Extremely organized — you can manage 50+ active candidates without dropping the ball
- Reliable home office: quiet space, fast internet with a backup connection
- Bonus points (not required): nursing or caregiving background, Spanish, experience recruiting for US home health
