JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing health company based in Los Angeles, combining chiropractic care and functional medicine programs.

We are looking for a **highly motivated Appointment Setter** who is confident on the phone, great with people, and understands how to guide conversations — not just “book appointments.”

If you are just looking for a data entry or admin job, this is NOT for you.

Your Role

You will be the **first point of contact** for new leads who have already expressed interest in our services.

Your job is to:

* Call and text new leads immediately (speed is everything)
*TEXT/DM LEADS
* Build rapport and trust with potential patients
* Ask basic qualifying questions
* Schedule appointments on our calendar
* Follow up with leads who don’t respond
* Reduce no-shows and confirm appointments

You are NOT cold calling. All leads are inbound.

* Strong English communication (clear, confident voice)
* Comfortable on phone calls (this is REQUIRED)
* Sales mindset (you can guide conversations, not just follow scripts)
* Fast response time (must contact leads within minutes)
* Organized and reliable
* Available to work **PST hours (US time zone)**

Bonus if you have:

* Experience in appointment setting or sales
* Experience in healthcare, wellness, or coaching industries

### Compensation

* Base: $500/month (depending on experience)
* Performance Bonus:

* $10 per show (booked AND showed).
We have 200+ leads coming in every month. Our top performing setter used to collect $500 in bonus alone.
* Additional bonuses for high performance

* What would you say if a lead says: "I am too busy for this"
