Are you an eBay enthusiast who loves the thrill of the hunt? Do you know how to spot the unique selling points of a vintage jacket, a cool collectible, or a high-quality piece of modern home decor? If so, we’d love to have you hang out and work with us!
We’re a growing e-commerce shop specializing in a fun, eclectic mix of vintage apparel, modern home goods, and unique collectibles. We’re looking for a reliable, sharp, and friendly Virtual Assistant to take over our daily eBay drafting. If you love variety, have a great eye for detail, and want a low-stress, flexible gig, this is the perfect spot for you.

???? What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

Grab Photos from Google Drive: We’ll upload organized folders of item photos and measurements for you to work from.
Build Great Titles: Craft accurate, keyword-rich listing titles that grab attention.
Fill Out Item Specifics:
For Clothing: Identify the brand, size, material, condition, and style tags (vintage, streetwear, Y2K) straight from the photos.
For Home Goods/Collectibles: Spot makers' marks, material types, model numbers, and call out any cosmetic flaws so our buyers know exactly what they're getting.
Double-Check AI Descriptions: Use eBay’s built-in AI tool to generate descriptions, but keep a sharp eye on them—edit for absolute accuracy so we prevent returns.
Optimize for SEO: Drop strategic keywords into the titles and item specifics so our inventory ranks high in eBay searches.
Save as Drafts: You get to do the fun part! Just get the listings looking beautiful and save them as drafts in our Seller Hub. We handle all the pricing and final publishing.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
Some eBay & Clothing Experience: You should have a bit of hands-on experience navigating the eBay Seller Hub and a general familiarity with clothing brands.
Multi-Category Curiosity: Experience listing thrifted items or collectibles is a huge plus! You should know how to look closely at photos for serial numbers or brand tags.
Solid Written English: Good grammar and spelling keep our shop looking professional.
Reliable Setup: A dependable computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
An Investigative Mindset: Since we deal with unique items, you should enjoy doing a quick Google search to figure out exactly what a vintage item or collectible is.
