JOB OVERVIEW

Lead Lander 360 helps business owners throughout the United States qualify for our ATM Placement Program and other business payment solutions.

We are growing our team and are looking for an experienced Merchant Qualification Specialist to conduct outbound calls, speak with business owners, qualify potential merchant locations, and schedule qualified opportunities for our placement team.

This is a long-term position for someone who is dependable, professional, and enjoys speaking with people.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to speak with business owners throughout the United States and determine whether their business may qualify for our ATM Placement Program.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to business owners
• Speaking directly with decision makers
• Asking qualification questions using our proven process
• Identifying qualified merchant locations
• Scheduling follow-up appointments when appropriate
• Updating our CRM with accurate notes after every conversation
• Following company call procedures and scripts
• Meeting daily activity and quality expectations

Requirements

Previous outbound cold calling experience is required.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• At least 1 year of outbound cold calling experience
• Appointment setting or lead generation experience
• Excellent spoken English
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confidence speaking with business owners
• Strong listening skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet home office
• Quality headset with clear audio
• Computer capable of running CRM and calling software
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to follow scripts and company procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• CRM software
• B2B sales
• Appointment setting
• Lead generation
• U.S.-based calling campaigns
• Merchant services or payment processing (preferred but not required)
