JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Operations Assistant | Nature Speaks with Dawn

Nature Speaks with Dawn is a purpose-driven brand that helps people reconnect with themselves through nature's lens using reflective companions, books, photography, storytelling, and immersive experiences.

I'm looking for a long-term Creative Operations Assistant who enjoys beautiful design, organization, and helping bring meaningful ideas to life.

FIRST PROJECT

Your first assignment will be helping create the master publishing template for my Reflective Companion Collection.

This is not simply formatting a book.

Together, we have already developed the creative vision. I now need someone who can professionally build the reusable publishing system that every future companion will follow.

This includes:

• Creating a professional 6" × 9" Amazon KDP master template

• Creating print-ready PDF files

• Formatting the interior pages

• Preparing my first three Reflective Companions for publication

• Ensuring every file meets Amazon KDP specifications

• Creating a reusable master design so future companions remain visually consistent

The master template will establish consistent:

• Typography

• Layout

• Tree placement

• Colour palette

• Fireweed

• Design hierarchy

• Print specifications

Only the photograph, title, quote, and reflection page will change from one companion to the next.

FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Nature Speaks with Dawn grows, your role will expand into:

• Landing page design

• Video editing

• Social media scheduling and optimization

• PDF workbook creation

• Digital product design

• Google Drive organization

• Kajabi support

• Creative project management

I create all original content.

Your role is to help organize, polish, publish, and grow the business.

I am looking for someone who can understand an established creative vision and execute it with excellence while helping maintain consistency throughout an entire publishing collection.
