We are a growing company looking for an experienced AI Automation & IT Specialist to help us build smarter systems, automate business processes, and support our expanding technology infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

As our AI Automation & IT Specialist, you will:

- Research, implement, and optimize AI tools for business operations.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations.
- Integrate software platforms using APIs and automation tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation.
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and cloud-based systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other business platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems.
- Develop documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Recommend new technologies that improve business operations.
- Work closely with leadership on technology and digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and business automation.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating multiple software platforms.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:

- AI tools and business automation
- Workflow automation and process optimization
- API integrations
- Prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
- Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Systems administration and IT support
- Basic scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Documentation and process improvement
- Project management and technology implementation
