JOB OVERVIEW

Comfort Keepers is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and people-focused Recruiting & HR Coordinator to help us attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers who elevate the human spirit every day.
This role is responsible for managing the caregiver recruiting process from application through onboarding while supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping others.
Primary Responsibilities

Caregiver Recruiting
• Support caregiver recruitment through Indeed, Paradox, ---------- , and other recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and proactively contact qualified candidates.
• Send video screening and monitor completion
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview calendars and hiring events.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring pipeline.
• Develop community recruiting partnerships with schools, workforce agencies, and local organizations.
• Assist with job posting optimization and recruiting campaigns.

Human Resources
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Process employment paperwork – reminder to new hires to do onboarding paperwork.
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
• Support caregiver engagement initiatives via social media and CKNWMI app.
• Assist with performance documentation, performance review scheduling and employee communications.

Administrative Support
• Answer incoming office calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
• Assist with scheduling and general office coordination.
• Prepare reports and recruiting activity updates.
• Order office supplies and support daily office operations.
• Assist leadership with special projects as needed.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of recruiting, human resources, staffing, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Indeed, or recruiting software preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Professional, positive, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Experience
• Healthcare, home care, or staffing experience.
• HR or recruiting certification is a plus.
• Experience with onboarding, employee engagement, or retention initiatives.
