About Us
DNA Travel is a growing international travel technology company serving travel agents and customers worldwide. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Revenue Control Specialist to join our team long-term.
This is not a customer service position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, verifying information, identifying discrepancies, and making sure every booking has been properly invoiced and paid.
Responsibilities
Invoice Verification

Review completed bookings

Verify invoices were generated correctly

Verify receipts were generated correctly

Verify booking amounts and calculations

Verify taxes, VAT, and currency conversions when applicable
Payment Reconciliation

Verify full payment was received for every booking

Match payments to invoices

Identify missing payments

Identify partial payments

Identify payment discrepancies

Ensure all invoices are properly closed
Accounts Receivable Follow-Up

Monitor outstanding balances

Follow up with travel agents regarding unpaid invoices

Follow up with customers regarding unpaid invoices

Maintain accurate payment records
Reporting

Generate open balance reports

Generate unpaid invoice reports

Identify discrepancies between bookings, invoices, and payments

Escalate issues when necessary
Requirements

Excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good written and spoken English

Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately

Ability to work independently

Long-term mindset and willingness to grow with the company
