Full-time | Work from home | Paid on the 15th and 30th | 13th month pay | Paid time off after trial period
Who I am
I'm a US-based entrepreneur and real estate investor with rental properties in Los Angeles and Miami. I also run a wellness supplement startup. I'm hiring one exceptional person to become my right hand for leasing operations — someone I can trust with real responsibility and grow with for years, not months.
This is a direct hire. No agency, no middleman taking a cut of your salary. What's listed above is what you receive.
What you'll do
Leasing (your #1 job):
- Respond to tenant inquiries across
- Pre-screen applicants against my criteria and flag the strong ones
- Schedule showings and coordinate with tenants, my local contacts, and vendors across three time zones
- Draft and refresh property listings that actually get responses
- Track every lead in our system so nothing falls through the cracks
Everything else (the other ~20%):
- Occasional tasks for my supplement brand (research, outreach coordination, content logistics)
- Personal admin: scheduling, travel research, purchases, follow-ups
Who you are
- Your written English is excellent and your spoken English is confident. You'll be communicating with American tenants daily.
- You are relentlessly organized. A lead that sits for 12 hours is a lead that's gone. You don't let that happen.
- You have judgment. You know when to handle something yourself and when to flag it. You ask smart questions once, not the same question twice.
- You have 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, customer service, or as an executive assistant for a US client.
- You can work US Eastern business hours (this is non-negotiable — leasing is time-sensitive).
- Your setup is solid: reliable fiber internet, backup internet, and backup power. Please confirm all three in your application.
Bonus points (not required): experience with property management software, CRMs, Google Workspace power user, or you've worked with AI tools and like them.
Why this role is worth it
- Top-of-market pay with raises tied to performance
- Stability: I've employed remote tea
- Growth: as my portfolio and companies grow, this role grows — the ceiling here is operations manager, not "assistant forever"
- A boss who gives clear instructions, fast feedback, and doesn't micromanage
How to apply
Read carefully — applications that skip these steps will not be reviewed.
- Start your application with the word LAVA so I know you read this far.
- In 3–5 sentences, tell me about a time you turned an unhappy customer (or tenant) into a happy one.
- Tell me your current internet speed (screenshot from speedtest.net), your backup internet, and your backup power situation.
- Confirm you can work US Eastern hours and tell me your expected salary within the posted range.
- Include a link to a 2–3 minute video (Loom or similar) introducing yourself and answering: "A tenant messages at 9pm saying the apartment they inquired about yesterday is no longer interesting to them because they found something cheaper. What do you reply?"
Top candidates will be invited to a short paid test task, then a video interview. I'm moving fast — the right person could be hired within two weeks.
