Real Estate Instagram Outreach & CRM Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

About Us

We're a growing real estate media company based in Southern California that provides professional photography, videography, drone services, floor plans, and 3D tours for real estate agents. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service, building strong client relationships, and continuously improving our business. We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who can learn our voice, represent our brand naturally, and grow with us long term.

What You'll Be Doing

• Find and connect with new real estate agents on Instagram.
• Send follow-up DMs and keep conversations moving without sounding robotic or overly sales-focused.
• Interact naturally with agents' posts and stories through thoughtful comments and replies.
• Learn and consistently match our communication style and tone.
• Track conversations and follow-ups so no opportunities are missed.
• Research agents using Zillow and other platforms when needed.
• Find contact information and organize agents in our CRM.
• Enter and update information in spreadsheets and databases.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as the business grows.
