JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small but highly technical ad agency with clients in diverse industries. Our mix is 80?ommerce with about 20% lead gen.

We are looking for someone that knows how important it is to follow up on changes.

The entire job is being able to reason through a change from several perspectives:

1. the performance environment. What impact will a change have on performance in the account?
2. the business goals. How does the change align with the overall goals of the business?
3. How will you know if it worked and what will you do if it didn't?

AI can handle many of the technical and creative issues with running a Google account. It can not replace the safety of an experienced reasoning account manager. You will be expected to use AI tools, but you will also be expected to be critical of the AI recommendations through the 3 perspectives.
