WHAT THIS IS

I run a profitable online marketing operation - funnels, landing pages, paid traffic, real revenue. I need a technical apprentice: someone who starts as my second pair of hands and becomes, over the next year, the person I trust to build and run everything technical.

You won't be a cog. You'll work directly with me, every day. And here's the actual offer - the part no bootcamp or company will give you:

I will teach you the online marketing game from the inside. How funnels make money. Why one landing page converts and another dies. How paid traffic actually works. How tracking and data drive every decision. The technical skills you have + the marketing knowledge I'll give you = a combination that will make you dangerous for the rest of your life. WHAT I EXPECT IN RETURN

You use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex - if these names excite you, good) and you can prove it with things you've shipped

You know your web fundamentals - HTML, CSS, JavaScript - well enough to FIX what the AI gets wrong, not just prompt and pray

You figure things out. My favorite sentence from an apprentice is "already fixed it," not "how do I..."

You check your own work like your reputation depends on it - because here, it does

You're hungry. Genuinely, uncomfortably hungry. The kind of hungry that can't be taught.

WHAT YOU GET

Rate yourself 1-10, honestly: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, page speed, ad tracking (Pixel/GTM), Linux/servers, APIs. I verify everything, and honest 4s impress me more than fake 8s.
