About Us
Levely Properties Housing Group is a UK-based social and supported housing provider. We specialise in HMO accommodation, semi-independent supported housing for young people aged 18+, and work closely with local authorities, landlords, and housing partners to deliver high-quality housing solutions across the UK.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in social housing, supported accommodation, or working with landlords and local authority housing teams. This is not a general administrative role—we are looking for someone who understands the UK social housing sector, can communicate confidently with landlords and councils, and can help us build and maintain long-term housing partnerships.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and able to work independently while supporting the growth of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our housing operations and business development by:
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with landlords, local authority housing teams, registered providers, housing associations, and other key stakeholders through telephone calls,
• Contacting and engaging private landlords to secure suitable properties for social and supported housing.
• Identifying HMO landlords through platforms including Gumtree, SpareRoom, OpenRent,
• Conducting landlord outreach campaigns via
• Supporting outreach to local authorities, councils, and housing organisations to develop new partnership opportunities.
• Managing and updating our CRM, ensuring all leads and communications are accurately recorded.
• Assisting with tenant sourcing, arranging viewings, coordinating move-ins, and supporting the onboarding process.
• Scheduling social media content and assisting with
• Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, reports, databases, and contact records.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• At least 1 year of experience working within the UK social housing, supported accommodation, housing association, or property sector.
• Experience communicating professionally with landlords, local authorities, housing officers, or social housing providers.
• A good understanding of the UK social housing and private rented sector.
• Experience using UK property platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Gumtree, SpareRoom, OpenRent, and
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong telephone communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and client relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work UK business hours (GMT/BST), ideally 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
Desirable Skills

• Experience working with supported accommodation providers, exempt accommodation, or housing associations.
• Knowledge of local authority housing processes and procurement.
