We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Accounts Administrator based in the Philippines to become an indispensable member of our small, dedicated administration team.

The Opportunity: Become part of our administration team.
This isn't just a filing job—you'll be the crucial administrative link that keeps our operations running smoothly.
Working directly with both our Australian-based administration team and our Philipines based team, you will take ownership of vital compliance, financial, and onboarding tasks. You will be instrumental in ensuring our staff are fully compliant and our customers are set up for success.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing)
Your role will be focused on a variety of essential administrative tasks, including:
Finance & Reporting
Working in our accounting system, Xero.
Monthly Reporting: Prepare and finalize various project-specific monthly reports.
Customer & Supplier Onboarding
Supplier Setup: Manage the process of onboarding Quicklift as a supplier with new and existing customers, completing all required forms and documentation.
Account Applications: Follow up on and process new customer account applications, including performing necessary credit checks.
General Support
Phone Answering: Provide backup phone answering support during Australian business hours when other tea
Required Skills & Experience (What You'll Need)
Must-Haves,
Excellent English Communication: Fluent written and verbal English is a must, as you will be communicating with an Australian team and potentially Australian customers via phone and
Exceptional Attention to Detail: A non-negotiable requirement. You must be meticulous with data entry, compliance tracking, and financial receipting.
Highly Organized & Proactive: The ability to manage multiple tracking systems
Excellent computer skills: The ability to work with and learn various software programs.
Reliable Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace, a reliable computer, and a fast, stable internet connection are essential for remote work.
Highly Desirable,
Experience working remotely for an Australian or New Zealand company.
Familiarity with compliance portals used in the construction or mining industries.
Experience with accounting software, Xero, is an advantage.
