JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support my growing online education business.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, but there are no guaranteed weekly hours.
Initially, work will be assigned on an as-needed basis as content is created and assignments are ready to delegate. As the business grows, I expect the volume of work to grow too.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

I teach coaches and facilitators through online group programs, educational content, and client work. I'm building a business that values professionalism, kindness, quality, and genuine care for the people we serve.

I'm looking for someone who takes pride in producing excellent work, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

TYPICAL TASKS

Tasks may include:
Editing long-form videos (YouTube or course content)
Creating short-form videos for social media (using provided content)
Scheduling and publishing social media content
Editing and uploading podcast episodes
Preparing podcast show notes
Building and updating landing pages
Formatting emails and email templates
Uploading resources into my online course/student portal
Updating website content, including basic design skills
General administrative and digital support

Not every task will be required immediately, and you won't need experience in every area. A willingness to learn is more important than knowing everything already.

Video editing experience WILL be needed.

Experience with some of the following would be an advantage:

Video editing software (e.g. Descript, CapCut, Opus Clip, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Canva
Social media scheduling tools
Google Workspace
ClickUp or similar project management software
Podcast publishing platforms (I plan on starting a video podcast on YouTube)
Website and Landing Page builders (I’m currently using ---------- )

HOURS

This is a flexible, part-time contractor role. Work will be assigned as needed.
There are no guaranteed minimum hours. Some weeks may have several hours of work, while others may have little or none.
As the business grows, I expect the role to grow with it.
