JOB OVERVIEW

Our team works directly with American shippers and carriers to move truckload freight across the United States — handling load sourcing, dispatch coordination, carrier negotiations, and real-time load tracking during US Eastern business hours.

Source, negotiate, and book loads using DAT and Truckstop load boards
Manage full dispatch cycle — load assignment, carrier communication, route coordination
Coordinate directly with US carriers, drivers, and shippers throughout each shift
Execute real-time track and trace — check calls, status updates, proactive shipper communication
Negotiate carrier rates and protect margin on booked loads
Collect and process Proof of Delivery documents and flag invoicing triggers
Maintain accurate load records in TMS and Zoho CRM
Resolve load exceptions immediately — late pickups, no-contact drivers, delivery issues
Assist in onboarding and training new operations staff as the team grows

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in US freight dispatch, load board operations, or freight brokerage
Active daily proficiency with DAT and/or Truckstop — familiarity alone is not sufficient
Direct experience negotiating rates with US carriers
Proven ability to manage broker-carrier-shipper communication in a live freight environment
Excellent spoken and written English — you will be on live calls with American carriers, drivers, and shippers every shift. Candidates who are not confident and fluent on live phone calls need not apply.
Experience inside a TMS platform
Able to work independently, manage multiple active loads simultaneously, and make sound decisions under pressure
Able to commute to our Dumaguete office and maintain a consistent night shift schedule

Strongly preferred: prior experience with a US freight brokerage, high-volume dispatch background, or experience mentoring junior freight staff.
