We run Meta and TikTok ads nationwide and are building a world class creative engine.

Who We Are Looking For

We are NOT looking for a traditional graphic designer.

We are looking for someone who understands:

Marketing psychology
Customer pain points
Direct response advertising
Meta and TikTok creatives
AI tools
Creating high volume ad creatives that actually convert.

You should enjoy:

• Researching customer avatars
• Coming up with creative ideas
• Building static image ads
• Creating variations quickly
• Thinking like a marketer rather than just a designer.

Your Responsibilities
Create Meta and TikTok static image ads
Create carousel ads
Create collage style creatives
Use property photos together with lifestyle images that represent each customer type.

Examples:

• Wedding guests
• Family reunions
• Corporate teams
• Medical stays
• Relocation families
• Film crews
• Sports travelers
• Extended stay guests.

Generate large amounts of creative variations.

We expect:

• Different headlines
• Different hooks
• Different layouts
• Different images
• Different text overlays.

Creative volume is extremely important.

Follow our Creative Bible and SOPs.

You will receive:

• Customer avatar guides
• Creative playbooks
• Copywriting guides
• Examples.

You should also proactively come up with new ideas.
