I’m looking for a sharp, reliable video editor/content producer to help turn raw footage into clean, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and my website.
This is not a one-off project. I’m building a long-term working relationship with someone who can grow with the role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Edit short-form videos (15–90 seconds) from longer recordings
Assemble clips into cohesive, engaging sequences
Add captions, basic graphics, and clean audio
Help shape content into series (not just random clips)
Edit podcast episodes (audio + video)
Organize and manage media files
Content You’ll Work With
Workshop footage (live, unscripted
Interviews and conversations
Podcast recordings (likely using Riverside.fm or similar)
A large existing library of images and video
What I’m Looking For
Strong editing instincts (pacing, timing, what to cut/keep)
Ability to take direction and also make smart choices independently
Clean, simple style (not over-edited or flashy)
Good English communication
Reliable and consistent
Tools (You don’t need all, tell me what you use)
Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut or similar
Basic audio cleanup skills
Familiar with vertical video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Comfortable learning new tools (like Riverside.fm if needed)
How We’ll Start
Begin with a small paid test project (a few clips)
If it’s a good fit, move into ongoing weekly work
Volume will increase over time
Important
I have a lot of content. The challenge is not creating more — it’s shaping what already exists into something people actually want to watch.
I’m looking for someone who can help bring clarity and consistency, not just execute edits that I would have to define.
To Apply
Send:
2–3 examples of short-form videos you’ve edited
A quick note on how you approach turning long content into short clips
Your availability (hours per week)
If this works well, this becomes a steady, long-term role with growing responsibility.
