About Us

ZOIS is one of the fastest-growing D2C fragrance brands in the DACH region (Switzerland, Germany, Austria) and currently expanding into the US market. We're not building an ordinary brand, but a luxury house with uncompromising standards for product, packaging, and customer experience. To support this growth, we're looking for someone to take ownership of our supply chain, from sourcing to the last mile.

Your Role

You will take on responsibility in logistics management and sourcing, working directly with the founder team. In practice, this means:

- Sourcing: Researching, contacting, and negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers (products, packaging, components) – primarily in English
- Logistics Management: Coordinating production runs, delivery timelines, freight, and inventory across multiple markets (Switzerland, DACH, USA)
- Quality Assurance: Making sure products and packaging meet our luxury standard – from samples to full production
- Processes & Structure: Building and maintaining clean workflows, tracking systems, and documentation – including with AI tools
- Communication: Daily coordination with international partners, freight forwarders, and our internal team

What You Bring

- Excellent English, written and spoken – you communicate confidently with international suppliers every day
- Structured, independent way of working – you keep the overview even with many parallel projects
- Product and packaging knowledge – you understand materials, manufacturing processes, and what high-quality packaging requires
- Relevant experience in a comparable role (sourcing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations – ideally in e-commerce or consumer goods)
- AI proficiency: You work confidently with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and actively use them to work faster and better
- Availability & commitment: Full-time (min. 8 hours/day), fast response times, high reliability
