JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $9.00/hour (Performance-based raises)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM EST (20 hours/week)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)

We are looking for a long-term Digital Marketing VA to help manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads for two growing home service companies in the United States.

This is not a campaign-building role. We use experienced freelancers for major campaign launches and advanced strategy. Your role is to monitor, optimize, report, and help scale campaigns on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Monitor Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns daily.
Review search terms and add negative keywords.
Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
Pause poor-performing ads, keywords, and audiences when appropriate.
Increase budgets on successful campaigns within approved limits.
Monitor cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate, and other KPIs.
Check that conversion tracking is working correctly.
Test landing pages, forms, chat widgets, and phone numbers.
Monitor GoHighLevel lead flow and report any issues.
Coordinate with our GoHighLevel team when landing pages or funnels need improvements.
Research competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare simple daily and weekly performance reports.
Recommend ideas to improve lead quality and reduce advertising costs.
Requirements
Experience managing Google Ads.
Experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection.
Dependable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Daily Expectations
Send a brief update at the beginning of your shift outlining your priorities.
Monitor campaigns and make approved optimizations.
Report any issues immediately.
Send an end-of-day summary with:
Work completed
Campaign performance
Optimizations made
Recommendations for the next day
