About Me

I am an experienced professional with a PMP, CSM, Salesforce Administrator certification, and a Master's degree in IT Management. I am pursuing career opportunities in enterprise technology companies and need a reliable assistant to help manage my job search process.

This role is focused on quality over quantity.

I am not looking for someone who blindly submits applications. I need someone who can evaluate opportunities, follow clear criteria, and submit strong applications without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:
Job Research & Screening

Review job boards and company career sites to identify roles that match my background and requirements.

Apply judgment when determining whether a role is a strong fit.

Job Applications

Submit applications using resumes and materials I provide.

Select the correct resume version based on the role.

Accurately complete application fields and screening questions using provided information.

Application Tracking

Maintain a Google Sheet with:

Company Name
Job Title
Application URL
Date Applied
Resume Used
Salary Range (if listed)
Application Status
Notes
Quality Control

Review resumes periodically for consistency.

Verify applications before submission.

Flag any unusual application questions that require my input.

Application Rules

Apply automatically when the role meets these criteria:

1. Account Executive, 2. Business Analyst, 3. Project Manager, or 4. Solutions Engineer

United States based or remote
Individual contributor or standard-level roles
Good match with my qualifications
No Senior, Sr., Principal, Director, VP, or Executive-level positions

Do not apply if:

The role is clearly outside my experience level
Requires relocation
Requires active security clearance
Requires extensive software engineering experience
Requires skills not reflected in my background
