Help Me Build a Standout Personal Brand

I'm looking for a creative, organized, proactive Content & Brand Assistant to become a key part of my growing online business.

This isn't a typical VA role.

I'm looking for someone who genuinely loves social media, storytelling, personal branding, and creating content that people actually want to watch. If you're someone who enjoys taking an idea and turning it into polished, engaging content, we'll probably get along really well.

About Me

I'm building a personal brand that inspires women to become stronger, healthier, and more confident through fitness, nutrition, and healthy habits.

My content is authentic, educational, relatable, and fun. I show up as myself, and I want my brand to feel polished without losing that authenticity.

I'm building across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and eventually YouTube.

What You'll Do

Edit short-form videos using CapCut or Edits while maintaining a consistent brand style
Repurpose one video into multiple pieces of content
Create engaging Canva graphics, carousels, and Stories
Schedule content across multiple platforms
Help organize my content calendar and keep projects moving
Organize Google Drive and content assets
Help keep my business organized behind the scenes
Suggest creative ideas, trends, and improvements
Help maintain a cohesive, recognizable brand

You're a Great Fit If You...
Have excellent English communication skills
Love editing short-form content
Know CapCut (or Edits) and Canva well
Understand Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Are organized, proactive, and dependable
Enjoy learning new software and AI tools
Take initiative instead of waiting to be told every step
