We are building a long-term team focused on finding exceptional investment opportunities before our competitors.
This is NOT a sales job.
This is NOT a cold-calling position.
This is a high-level real estate research and investment analysis position.
YOUR MISSION
Your mission is simple:
Find the best investment opportunities and tell us whether we should BUY, MAYBE, or PASS.
Your research directly determines where our company invests hundreds of thousands—and eventually millions—of dollars.
Your Responsibilities
You will analyze 20–50 properties per day and prepare investment reports.
For every property, you will research:
Ownership
Current owner
Ownership history
Deceased owner
Probate status
Potential heirs
LLC / corporation ownership
Secretary of State records
Property Analysis
Estimated market value (using comparable sales)
Property size
Zoning
Floodplain
Terrain / slope
Road frontage
Access
Landlocked status
Easements
Utilities available
Buildability
Nearby development
Investment Analysis
Estimate:
Maximum recommended bid
Expected purchase price
Estimated legal costs
Survey costs
Cleanup costs
Engineering costs (if applicable)
Total investment required
Expected resale value
