JOB OVERVIEW

We are a new performance electrolyte brand built for people who train hard — functional fitness,
HYROX, endurance and everything in between. We're in the pre-launch build phase with our brand, formulation
and social strategy locked in. Now we need the person who brings it to life on every feed, every day.
The Role

You'll own our social presence end-to-end: creating, editing, publishing and managing engaging content daily
across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. You're a one-person content engine — editor,
copywriter, community manager and analyst. You'll work from our existing Social Bible (content pillars, visual
rules, 90-day calendar) and brand guidelines, so you're executing and elevating a strategy, not starting from a
blank page. You'll also put your Shopify skills to work building our landing page from our branding assets and
guidelines.

What You'll Do
Content creation & publishing
– Plan, create, edit and publish daily content across Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousels), TikTok, Facebook and
YouTube Shorts.
– Edit fast-turnaround short-form video: hooks, captions, sound trends, motion graphics.
– Execute our content pillars and 80/15/5 visual system so every post is unmistakably on brand.
– Write scroll-stopping captions and on-screen copy in brand voice; no hashtag walls.
– Repurpose every shoot into multiple formats across platforms.

Channel & community management
– Own the content calendar, scheduling and posting cadence (4–5+ posts per week per priority channel, daily
Stories).
– Manage comments, DMs and community engagement within brand voice; grow an engaged following, not
vanity numbers.
– Coordinate content with our founding athletes and ambassadors — briefs, UGC collection, reposting rights.
– Monitor competitor and category accounts; spot trends and formats worth moving on fast.

Shopify & landing pages
– Build our launch landing page in Shopify from existing branding assets and guidelines.
– Build and iterate campaign landing pages and product pages (theme editor and/or PageFly, GemPages,
Shogun or Replo).
– Set up email/SMS capture and connect socials to store (Instagram/TikTok Shopping, link-in-bio).
– Apply CRO basics: page speed, mobile-first layout, clear CTAs, social proof placement.
Growth, paid & reporting
– Run boosts and entry-level paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads; feed winning organic
content into paid.
– Set up and monitor basic email flows (welcome, abandoned cart) in Klaviyo or Shopify Email.
– Report weekly on reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through and conversions; use the data to iterate.

What You Bring
– 3+ years creating and managing social content for a brand (in-house, agency or your own audience).
– Deep working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram and TikTok — organic mechanics, trends and
algorithms.
– Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) with a portfolio of Reels/TikToks you made
yourself.
– Confident daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude for copy and ideation, AI image/video generation, AI-assisted
editing) to multiply output without losing quality.
– Shopify experience — you've built or meaningfully edited store pages and landing pages before.
– Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for calendars, briefs and reporting.
– Design fundamentals in Canva or Adobe Express; able to work strictly inside brand guidelines.
– Self-directed and reliable working fully remote — you ship daily without being chased.

Bonus Points
– You train — gym, HYROX, CrossFit, running, endurance — and understand the audience because you are the
audience.
– Photography skills and an eye for clean black-and-white product content.
– Klaviyo, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads certifications; experience with influencer/athlete programs.
– Sports nutrition or supplement industry experience
