JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our business. This role focuses on Meta
This is a flexible, long-term position for the right person. As long as performance and results are consistent, this role can become a long-term working relationship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, manage, and optimize Meta
Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, or Local ads)
Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives
Conduct audience research and targeting strategy
Write or optimize ad copy and assist with creative direction
Track conversions, leads, and ROI
Provide performance reports and insights
Test new ad strategies to improve results
Assist with other advertising platforms or strategies as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
Must provide past work experience for reference
Proof of previous campaigns (screenshots, dashboards, case studies, or portfolio)
Must list companies or clients worked with previously
Strong understanding of ad metrics, targeting, and optimization
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and availability for communication
Results-driven and detail-oriented
TEST & HIRING PROCESS
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a test ad setup
Test will be used to evaluate strategy, targeting, and structure
This is a paid or unpaid test (to be discussed) depending on scope
Continued work is based on performance and results
