Cityline Group* is seeking an experienced *Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)* to join our growing acquisitions and sales team.
If you have experience speaking with homeowners, generating leads, building rapport over the phone, and setting appointments for real estate professionals, we'd love to hear from you. ## Compensation
* *Pay:* $4.00–$7.00 USD per hour (based on experience)
* Performance-based bonuses

## Schedule
* Part-Time or Full-Time
* Monday through Friday
* Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (EST, CST, MST, or PST depending on assigned campaign)
## Responsibilities
* Prospect and generate new seller and buyer leads through outbound phone calls
* Make *100+ outbound contacts per day*
* Build rapport with homeowners and qualify potential clients
* Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions or Sales Team
* Follow up with existing leads until they are ready to schedule an appointment
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM
* Track leads from initial contact through appointment and contract
* Submit daily reports on calls, conversations, and appointments
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
* Practice and follow company call scripts while maintaining natural conversations
## Minimum Qualifications
* *At least 1 year of Real Estate Inside Sales, Cold Calling, or Appointment Setting experience*
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Clear, confident, and professional phone voice
* Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
* Highly organized with excellent time management
* Results-driven and self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Quiet workspace with a quality headset and computer
## Required Experience
Candidates should have experience with some or all of the following:
* Mojo Dialer
* Podio or similar CRM
* Real Estate lead generation
* Motivated seller conversations
* Appointment setting
* Lead follow-up and nurturing
* Database management
* Pipeline management
## Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
* Launch Control
* Batch Leads
* REsimpli
* GoHighLevel
* CallTools
* PropStream
* MLS or CRMLS
* Geographic farming
* Just Listed / Just Sold campaigns
## Performance Expectations
Successful candidates should be comfortable:
* Prospecting for *2–3 hours daily*
* Conducting *1+ hour of lead follow-up each day*
* Managing *50+ new leads per week*
* Meeting daily call, conversation, and appointment goals
* Tracking conversion ratios and KPI metrics
* Being accountable for personal performance and continuous improvement
