JOB OVERVIEW

*Cityline Group* is looking for an experienced *Real Estate Cold Caller and/or SMS Texter* to join our growing acquisitions team. We are seeking motivated professionals who are confident communicators, results-driven, and have a proven background in real estate lead generation.

This is a *long-term, full-time opportunity* with consistent hours, competitive hourly pay.

## Requirements

*Minimum Qualifications:*

* *At least 1 year of experience in Real Estate Cold Calling and/or SMS Texting (Required)*
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong communication and objection-handling skills
* Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
* Comfortable speaking with property owners and motivated sellers
* Ability to work independently while meeting daily performance goals

### Cold Calling Applicants Must Have Experience With:

* Mojo Dialer
* Real Estate lead generation
* Following call scripts while building natural conversations

### SMS Texting Applicants Must Have Experience With:

* Batch Leads
* Launch Control
* Podio CRM
* Trello
* Real Estate acquisitions and lead management

## Position Details

* *Job Type:* Full-Time
* *Hours:* 30+ hours per week
* *Project Length:* Long-Term (6+ months)
* *Pay:* *$4.00–$6.00 USD per hour* (based on experience)
* *Performance Bonus:* Additional bonuses paid for closed deals

## What You'll Do

* Contact property owners through cold calls and/or SMS campaigns
* Qualify motivated seller leads
* Build rapport and gather property information
* Accurately update CRM records
* Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team
* Follow company scripts, processes, and KPIs
