Location: Remote (Philippines)
Working Hours:
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM US Eastern Time (New York)
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Philippines Time (PHT) (overnight shift)
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Logistics Assistant to support our North America shipping operations. The ideal candidate will assist with shipment tracking, customs documentation, and customer service for US and Canadian customers.
Responsibilities
Shipment Tracking & Logistics Operations
Monitor and update shipment tracking information daily
Follow up with carriers regarding delayed, lost, or exception shipments
Communicate shipment updates to customers
Maintain accurate shipment records
Assist with logistics operations and daily tasks
Customs Documentation
Prepare customs clearance files and shipping documents
Review shipment details for accuracy
Assist with commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
Organize and maintain shipment documentation
Customer Service
Respond to customer
Provide delivery updates and resolve customer concerns
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status
Escalate complex issues when required
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with customer service, logistics, shipping, or e-commerce preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working overnight Philippines hours
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Reliable internet connection and home working environment
Preferred Experience
Freight forwarding or courier experience
Customs documentation experience
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, ShipStation, or other shipping platforms
