JOB OVERVIEW

P.A.C.E. Coaching is a growing online health and fitness coaching company. We help busy, high-performing professionals lose fat, build muscle, and build sustainable health systems that fit their life, not replace it. We're expanding our sales team and looking to bring on an additional appointment setter to help us convert more of our inbound and outbound interest into booked calls.

About the Role
You'll own outreach and lead qualification across our social platforms, warm and cold, then book qualified leads onto connection calls with our team. Scripts and tools are already built and ready to hand off. This is a conversation-driven role: you'll work from the script but need the judgment to read the conversation and adjust in real time.
What You'll Do

Run warm outreach to leads who've engaged with our content (likes, comments, story replies, DM inquiries)
Run cold outreach to prospects actively posting about wanting a coach, struggling with their health, or asking for recommendations
Search and identify hot leads across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads
Qualify leads through our conversation framework
Book qualified leads onto connection calls
Use AI tools to sharpen conversation quality, response speed, and personalization
Track lead status and conversation outcomes in our CRM
Report weekly on outreach volume, conversations started, and calls booked/shown

What We're Looking For

Experience specifically in health and fitness coaching, or closely related health services (non-negotiable)
Excellent written and spoke English, no exceptions
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to assist in live conversations, not just draft messages
Can follow a script but knows when and how to go off it based on how the conversation is flowing
Active, fluent user of Instagram and Facebook; working familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads
Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure

Hours & Pay

Part-time to start: 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week
Potential to move to full-time based on performance
Base wage of $4 hour, contingent on hitting a weekly minimum of 3 booked-and-shown calls
Commission: Uncapped high commission earning for calls showed and closed
