Hey there!
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Ecom Fashion Dropshipping store.
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the Australian market, currently processing around 40 orders per day.
We’re building a long-term team of A-players who want to grow with us — not just for a few weeks, but for the long run.
???? What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
Proven experience in e-commerce or dropshipping (ideally for a store doing $100K+ in monthly revenue).
Minimum $5K+ earned on the platform (we want to see you’ve done serious work before).
Experience using Google sheets.
Comfortable working with Gmail / G Suite inbox management.
Strong written English communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional.
Detail-oriented and consistent with tone and accuracy.
Availability to work in the [insert timezone] timezone.
