We're hiring a social media manager and content creator who can turn raw material — founder notes, business updates, event clips, product screenshots, podcast/video, quick ideas — into social content that's genuinely good. We move fast and work smart, but the final judgment on quality is always yours.

You'll help with:
- Weekly content calendars
- LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, and community posts
- Short-form video hooks, scripts, and ideas
- Carousels and graphic concepts
- Repurposing long-form content into smaller posts
- Light performance review and iteration
- Building repeatable workflows

You may be a fit if you produce content that doesn't sound generic, understand hooks, audience, and brand voice, work efficiently with the tools of the trade, and improve systems instead of waiting for tasks.
