Position Overview
We are seeking a Guest Communications Specialist to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be responsible for managing guest communications across multiple platforms, resolving issues in real time, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience before, during, and after each stay.
***This role requires prior STR property management experience. Only applicants with experience in Guesty, Breezeway, and OTAs will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- At least one (1) year of experience in short-term rentals (STRs) or OTA-based roles (required)
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages across Airbnb and other OTAs
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Accurately log, track, and follow up on guest issues using internal systems
- Follow company SOPs, communication standards, and escalation procedures consistently
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and accountability throughout each shift

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties (required)
- Hands-on experience using Guesty, Breezeway, or other PMS tools (required)
- Experience working with Airbnb and other OTAs (required)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high message volume
- Reliable internet connection and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- No attendance or reliability issues
Schedule
- Full-time
- 9 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Schedule based on Arizona Time
