Experienced Paid Media Buyer (Women's Activewear Brand)
About Us
KiraGrace is a women's activewear and apparel brand based in San Diego, California. We've been in business for over 13 years, self-funded, with a loyal customer base and a strong e-commerce presence on Shopify. Our brand voice is understated and editorial. We don't do hard-sell marketing, and we're looking for someone who can drive performance while respecting that.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced media buyer to own paid acquisition across Meta
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, Shopping/PMax, brand and non-brand search)
Manage budgets and bids daily to hit ROAS and CPA targets
Build and test audiences, creative variations, and landing page combinations
Brief creative needs: tell us what ad formats, hooks, and angles you need to test
Audit & maintain proper tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4)
Deliver a clear weekly performance report with insights and next steps — not just numbers
Coordinate campaigns around product launches, restocks, and promotions
Stay current on platform changes and proactively recommend new opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on media buying experience for e-commerce brands (fashion/apparel a big plus)
Proven track record scaling Meta and Google accounts profitably, be ready to show results
Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, attribution, and incrementality
Experience with Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo (or similar
Excellent written English; you'll communicate primarily over
Overlap with Pacific Time 2-4 hours a week.
Self-directed and reliable. You will have real ownership, not micromanagement
Comfortable working with a US-based founder and adapting to Pacific Time for check-ins
Nice to Have
Experience with women's fashion, activewear, or DTC apparel brands
Basic creative skills (writing ad copy variations, simple image edits)
Familiarity with Triple Whale.
