We are a growing U.S. CPA firm focused heavily on real estate investors, real estate professionals, partnerships, S-corporations, and small business owners.

We are NOT looking for basic tax preparers/reviewers.

We are looking for someone with strong U.S. tax review experience who can identify issues, think critically, review staff work, and help improve overall quality control within the firm.

Minimum Requirements

* 5+ years of experience working for a U.S. accounting or tax firm
* Strong experience reviewing:
* Form 1040
* Form 1065
* Form 1120
* Form 1120-S
* Experience reviewing bookkeeping and financial statements
* Strong understanding of U.S. tax concepts and diagnostics
* Excellent English communication skills

Strongly Preferred

* 5–10+ years of accounting/tax experience
* Prior reviewer or senior reviewer experience
* Experience with real estate investors and real estate taxation

* Reconciliations
* Depreciation
* Basis
* Entity issues
* Reasonable compensation
* Partnership allocations

Responsibilities

* Review tax returns prepared by staff
* Review bookkeeping and reconciliations
* Identify technical issues, inconsistencies, and missing items
* Provide clear corrections and feedback to tea ---------- mbers
* Assist with ad hoc accounting and tax projects as needed
