JOB OVERVIEW

Hello there!

This is a part time job hiring for someone who is passionate about anime, comic books, and video games. We are starting an agency to help conventions across the country book famous actors, anime voice actors, comic book authors, and more. The base pay is small at $5 per week and requires 10-20 minutes per day of work. However there is a big bonus for success!

Your job will be to contact events across the country to discuss booking potential talent with them. Your main job will be outreach - emailing events and coordinating bookings. You will try to contact events by commenting on Facebook, by emailing their website, and by any other methods you can think of.

- Create a spreadsheet of events contacted and last contact time
- Maintain documents of information about guests we can book
- Fill in contracts for talent for events and send them for signature
- Collect information from events and from talent for payment

Our agency as the booking agent receives 10% of what the actors make - and our remote employees receive 20% of this fee, the rest goes into marketing, advertising, website infrastructure, taxes, etc. So if we book a guest for $1000, we receive $100 and you receive $20 (2% of the total). This has the potential to be big for larger deals.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills.

Must be able to work independently without constant monitoring.

Must be friendly and professional.

Must understand anime/comics/games/etc.
