About the Company
We are a premium group travel company that designs curated, done-for-you travel experiences for our community. We have been in business for 18 years, we move fast, and every detail matters. Keap (Infusionsoft) is the backbone of our business. It runs our marketing campaigns and automations, and serves as our main CRM and E-Commerce platform. We are looking for a detail-obsessed tea ---------- mber to help support the day-to-day build, cleanup, and maintenance that keeps all of this running smoothly.


What You'll Do
You'll help build, maintain, and clean up the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our business running. Your work will span several areas:


Email marketing & automations in Keap
Products, orders & payment plans in Keap
Data & list cleanup and database organization
Landing pages, forms & opt-ins
Connected systems & integrations — Keap, Zapier, Airtable (and the connections that run between Keap and Airtable), and Shopify


What We're Looking For
Required:
1. Keap (Infusionsoft) experience: you have used Keap in a VA role and are comfortable navigating it (you don't need to be an automations expert; but you should be familiar with the platform and its functionality)

2. Sharp attention to detail: this role touches money and client billing, so accuracy is non-negotiable

3. Solid technical/tech-savvy skills: comfortable learning new tools quickly and working across multiple platforms

4. Fluent spoken and written English: you must be able to speak and write English fluently, with clear, proactive communication

5. Strong copyediting and email formatting skills

6. Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks and deadlines without heavy hand-holding

7. Available full-time (40 hours/week) with near-full overlap with U.S. business hours (see schedule below)

Nice to have (a plus, not required):

Experience with e-commerce, order management, or subscription/payment plan billing
Experience with Zapier, Airtable, Shopify, landing page builders, or other connected marketing/automation tools
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
Experience in a marketing or operations team environment


Details
Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay: $800 month
Schedule: This role requires near-full overlap with U.S. business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time / New York). You must be available and online during our workday. Please only apply if you can commit to these hours.
Long-term: We are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber, not a short-term project hire
