Video Editor
Part-Time / Full-Time Position Available
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and reliable video editor who can help us produce attention-grabbing, high-retention, and conversion-focused videos for YouTube, Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, landing pages, and other social media platforms.
Our business helps Singapore homeowners, upgraders, and investors make smarter property decisions through research, numbers, strategy, and educational content.
This means your role is not just to “cut videos”.
You will be helping us turn raw recordings, talking-head videos, webinars, podcasts, market updates, property analysis, and educational content into videos that are clear, engaging, premium, and able to hold the viewer’s attention.
You should be someone who understands:
Hooks
Storytelling
Audience retention
Pacing
Captions
B-rolls
Visual pattern interrupts
Sound design
Clean design
Short-form and long-form video structure
Performance-driven content for ads and social media
You should also be able to use leading AI tools and video editing software to improve both quality and productivity. and be well equipped and knowledge for UGC type of videos to clone from existing videos, image, voice to generate.
You should be comfortable with Premiere Pro or other professional video editing software, and you should be able to handle large 4K video projects.
You should also have a stable internet connection that can download and upload large video files in a timely manner, and you must be able to speak and write in English.
You will be working closely with our team to produce content for:
YouTube videos
Short-form reels
Meta ad creatives
Video Sales Letters
Landing page videos
Educational property videos
Client-facing content
Brand-building content
Lead-generation campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-performing videos for YouTube, Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Edit Video Sales Letters and landing page videos that help educate viewers and convert them into quality enquiries.
Create short-form videos for
Assemble, trim, edit, and enhance raw footage based on a script, creative direction, or video template.
Insert captions, dialogue, sound effects, music, B-rolls, graphics, transitions, and visual effects to improve viewer engagement.
Add accurate and grammatically correct subtitles based on the speaker’s content.
Use AI tools and video editing software to improve editing speed, quality, and workflow efficiency.
Improve and correct lighting, colour, audio, framing, and faulty footage where needed.
Edit videos in a way that feels professional, premium, clear, and aligned with our brand.
Translate creative ideas and video concepts into actual finished videos.
Work closely with our management team to produce a final video that matches the intended message, brand direction, and viewer journey.
Build efficient editing workflows that are organised, repeatable, and scalable.
Provide constructive feedback when raw footage quality, framing, lighting, audio, or filming setup can be improved.
Communicate clearly with our team when additional footage, assets, screenshots, B-rolls, graphics, or clarification is needed.
Deliver video edits within agreed timelines, especially for time-sensitive content and campaign launches.
Submit edited videos for internal review and make revisions based on feedback.
Organise project files, footage, templates, captions, exports, and working files properly.
Document editing practices and repeatable workflows into simple standard operating procedures.
Continuously learn from best practices in YouTube editing, short-form content, Meta ads, educational content, and property-related media.

Create differentiated and attention-grabbing videos.
Edit long-form YouTube videos, short-form reels, Meta ad videos, landing page videos, and Video Sales Letters.
Turn raw footage into clear, premium, and engaging content.
Add captions, B-rolls, sound design, music, graphics, and visual effects where needed.
Improve lighting, colour, audio, pacing, and overall video flow.
Work closely with our internal team to improve viewer retention, content quality, and lead generation performance.
Build repeatable editing systems so we can produce content consistently and efficiently.
