JOB OVERVIEW

**Long-term, direct-hire role with a growing US home-services company. No agency, no BPO middleman — you work directly for us.**

Clean Peachy is a residential cleaning company in Atlanta, Georgia. We're small, growing fast, and hiring our first dedicated customer care people. You'll own the whole customer relationship: you're the voice a new customer hears within five minutes of asking for a quote, the person who turns that inquiry into a booked cleaning, and the calm, capable person who fixes it when something goes wrong for an existing client. You'll join the team as one of our Peaches — it'll make sense on day one.

This is a real career seat, not a project gig. We pay a strong flat monthly rate — **paid weekly** — and we're hiring people we want to keep for years. Do well and there's a real growth path: our first hires are the pool we'll grow our next team lead from.

### What you'll do

- **Respond to new leads within 5 minutes** during your shift — by call, SMS, and Thumbtack message. Speed-to-lead is the heart of the sales side of this job.
- Qualify each lead (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, how often), generate a quote in our system, and **ask for the booking on the call**. Steer customers toward recurring service — it's our priority product.
- Follow up with leads who don't book right away, on a set cadence.
- **Call every new client the day after their first clean, 100% of the time.** Same-day outreach for any rating of 3 stars or below.
- Handle day-of problems: if a cleaner runs late or doesn't show, you re-dispatch a replacement through our staffing tools and keep the client informed.
- Handle quality complaints with a clear remedy ladder: listen, apologize once, then fix it — a redo clean, a small credit, or escalate to your lead.
- Run our cancel-save process: find out why, fix the cause, offer a remedy — and escalate before ever accepting a cancellation.
- Work inside our custom admin platform: every lead, text, call, and issue shows up in one inbox with buttons for everything, and the right script appears right where you're working. Quoting is a form (enter beds/baths/sqft, price comes out). You will never do mental math on pricing and you will never see a credit card number — payments are tokenized through Stripe.

### Hours

Full-time, ~40 hours/week. Our coverage window is **7:00am–7:00pm US Eastern** — overnight in the Philippines. Your shift is 8 hours inside that window (for example 7:00pm–3:00am or 11:00pm–7:00am Philippine time), Monday–Friday US days, plus a rotating Saturday block shared across the team. Sundays we're closed. This is a permanent overnight schedule — please only apply if that genuinely works for your life. The pay range already reflects the overnight schedule.

### Non-negotiables

- **Exceptional spoken AND written English.** You'll be on the phone and texting with American homeowners all day. Clear, warm, easy to understand.
- **You can sell AND you can serve.** You've asked strangers for the sale and gotten it, and you can absorb an angry customer's frustration without taking it personally — or giving away the store. Tell us about both.
- **Ownership.** You don't say "that's not my department." You say "I'll take care of this" — and then you do, or you escalate it properly.
- **Unflappable.** A no-show cleaner at 8 AM Atlanta time with an upset client on the line is a Tuesday, not a crisis.
- **The overnight shift (Philippine time), reliably, long-term.**
- **Backup internet AND backup power.** A brownout cannot take you offline mid-shift. You'll prove your setup inside the application — our form runs a real speed test on your connection and asks for a short video of your backup power. Come ready.
- A quiet workspace and a good headset.

### Pay

**$900–1,400 USD/month flat rate, paid weekly.**

What earns the top of the band: a track record of closing (not just dialing) — real numbers you can show us — near-native spoken English, and a trial week that proves you can book cleanings *and* save an unhappy client. If you're a genuinely proven closer, tell us — we'd rather pay $1,400 for someone who converts than $900 for someone who takes messages. (We know expert closers command $1,500–2,000; if that's you and you can prove it, apply anyway and say so.)

### Hiring process

1. **Your OnlineJobs.ph message** (see How to apply below). We read every one that passes the filter, and we send the candidates we like a link to our application.
2. **The application** — a short written screen (judgment scenarios, not policy trivia), a recorded voice sample, and an equipment check: a measured speed test plus your backup-power video — no screenshots, no honor system. All in your browser, one sitting, ~20 minutes. Use the headset, connection, and workspace you'd actually work with.
3. **Scenario round** — we play you short recordings of real customer situations; you record your replies (and type one — half this job is texting).
4. **Live roleplay call** with our team lead, for finalists.
5. **Paid trial week** on the live queue — you're onboarded, contracted, and paid for it.

### How to apply

Right here on OnlineJobs.ph — no external links, no forms yet.

**Start your application message with the single word PEACH** (first word, all caps). Messages that skip it are not read — it's our attention-to-detail filter, and this job is all about details. (Yes, we see the irony: the password for joining the Peaches is PEACH. Consider it a preview of the culture.)

Then, in the same message, tell us: your sales and/or customer-service experience with US customers (real numbers if you have them — close rate, CSAT, whatever you've got), confirmation that a permanent Philippine-overnight shift genuinely works for you, and a line about your backup internet + power setup.

We read every message that passes the filter, and if we like what we see, the application link comes to you. Talk soon.
