SDR Electric, Plumbing & Heating Inc. is a growing Canadian residential service company specializing in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and water treatment. We are building modern systems to support growth from 10 technicians to 20+ while delivering a premium customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced Odoo implementation specialist to build our inventory and purchasing systems and integrate them into our existing software stack.

Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with the owner to:

* Configure Odoo Inventory
* Configure Purchasing
* Set up multi-location inventory
* Build warehouse and truck inventory
* Import approximately 9,000 inventory items
* Configure multiple vendors per product
* Build vendor price lists
* Configure barcode scanning
* Create reorder rules
* Configure purchase approvals
* Build inventory receiving workflows
* Design truck replenishment processes
* Assist with product categorization
* Build dashboards and KPIs
* Configure user permissions
* Document all workflows
* Recommend best practices

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

* n8n
* QuickBooks Online
* ServiceM8
* HighLevel
* REST APIs
* Python
* PostgreSQL
* Webhooks
* Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction businesses
