JOB OVERVIEW

About us: we are a small team that runs a set of Instagram accounts. We are looking for a virtual assistant who wants to be part of the team for the long term, not just do one-off tasks.

About you: you pay attention to detail and you communicate well. You follow up on your own and you tell us early when something is wrong.

Your responsibilities
• Post Reels and Stories on several accounts each day
• Keep the content and the posting schedule organized
• Reply to comments and messages
• Report your progress and keep our shared folders tidy

What we expect
• Good English and you read instructions carefully
• Reliable and consistent, above everything else
• A stable internet connection
• You can work on your own. Social media experience is a plus but not required

Pay and hours Remote and part-time with flexible hours. Pay is $2–3/hour to start, plus a bonus based on results. We give more responsibility and better pay to people who prove themselves.
