The Role:
We're a marketing agency looking for a social media management VA. Must have graphic design and social media management experience.
The Job details:
-Post 9-10 posts for 2 clients per week on social media. Posts for each client going to 3-5 social sites.
-Posts include statics, video and carousel each week.
-Need to create copy/captions which are inline with client branding
-Knowledgeable and skilled at driving organic growth and engagement. Complete those things to encourage growing followers, join or engage with groups to drive engagement etc. respond to comments etc. etc.
-Need to have exceptional design skills and have deep knowledge in using photoshop and/or adobe illustrator, Canva, etc.
Design skills is a huge part of this job as our organization is known for our designs and ascetics
-Create monthly analytical report that shows social media performance across platforms, highlights, area for improvements - engagement, growth and especially recommendations.

-Learn our process and go through onboarding to know where to find content to write post, coordinate with my assistant to understand our process and workflow.
-Excellent command of English - both written and speaking.

-Can help us improve our processes to and fast track deliverables.
-Comfortable meeting on zoom - video on often and throughout the time they work.

-Needs to be able to adapt to writing posts aligned with our clients brand voice, personality and tone. This is key.

-This is 9pm-1am Philippines time as the converted schedule for you
