About Us:
We are a performance-driven 8 figures ecommerce company running direct-response funnel dropshipping.
We are looking for an experienced "Meta Ads Media Buyer" who understands direct-response marketing, funnel dropshipping, and performance-driven ecommerce advertising.
You will be responsible for launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns for different ecommerce products. We mainly work with product funnels, so experience with advertorials, VSLs, landing pages, and direct-response offers is a big plus.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to join us part-time, with the potential to grow into a longer-term and higher-responsibility role.
This is a hands-on role. You will not only advise from the side. You will actively work inside Meta Ads Manager, review performance, make decisions, adjust budgets, kill underperformers, and scale the winners.
You need to understand direct-response ecommerce, product testing, funnel dropshipping, and performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV, and total ad spend.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Daily monitoring and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns
Managing campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager
Setting up and improving campaign structures for testing and scaling
Working with lowest-cost campaigns, cost caps, bid caps, and budget adjustments
Reviewing product tests and d
Managing campaign performance across multiple European markets
Identifying whether performance issues come from the campaign setup, creative, funnel, offer, product, or market
Giving clear feedback to our creative and funnel teams based on campaign data
Helping us create a repeatable system for testing and scaling products
Flagging issues quickly when campaigns, tracking, or performance break
Providing clear written updates about what is happening inside the ad accounts
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Proven experience with ecommerce, dropshipping, or direct-response offers
Experience with funnel dropshipping is a strong plus
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, products, and markets at the same time
Strong understanding of campaign testing, scaling, cost caps, bid caps, and budget management
Able to make clear decisions based on data, not emotions
Good understanding of creatives, hooks, angles, offers, and buyer psychology
Able to spot when the problem is the ad, funnel, product, offer, or market
Reliable, proactive, and organized
Strong written English communication
Comfortable working in a fast-moving testing environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with Shopify, Funnelish, advertorials, VSL pages, or product funnels
Experience advertising in European markets
Experience with health, beauty, wellness, or problem-solving products
Experience giving creative feedback to video editors and designers
Experience managing ad accounts where many products are tested quickly

Compensation
We would like to start with a 2-week trial period to see if the collaboration is a good fit.
Part-time: $1000 USD/month
Full-time (upon transition): $1,000–$2,000 USD/month based on experience and performance
Expected workload: usually around 1 to 2 hours per day, depending on what needs to be done inside the ad accounts.
After the trial, we can add a monthly performance bonus based on ROAS and ad spend managed.
