Job Post

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time E-Commerce Store Manager to help manage and grow two online stores:

A general merchandise store
A clothing, shoes, accessories, and family-products store for adults and children
This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity to become a long-term full-time position as the business grows.

You must be able to work independently and keep the stores moving smoothly without needing constant supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage daily store activities, product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and customer messages.
Research winning and profitable products for general merchandise, clothing, shoes, and family products.
Find legitimate suppliers and wholesalers with quality products, competitive pricing, and dependable shipping.
Verify suppliers before we purchase from them.
Create and improve product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, photos, and pricing.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Amazon, or Shopify.
Track ad spending, sales, product performance, and results.
Suggest practical ideas to improve sales, product selection, and store operations.
Send clear weekly reports on work completed, supplier leads, advertising activity, sales opportunities, and next steps.
Requirements:

Real experience managing Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, eBay, or similar e-commerce stores.
Experience with product research, supplier sourcing, and wholesale purchasing.
Experience running profitable Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon PPC, or Shopify ads.
Strong knowledge of product pricing, competition, profit margins, and online sales.
Good written English, strong communication, honesty, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet and computer.
