JOB OVERVIEW

i-avantage is an AI consulting, training, and implementation firm specialized in finance verticals — private equity, M&A funds, CFO/DAF offices, accounting firms, audit, and large enterprises. We help finance professionals turn generative AI into real operational capability, not buzzwords.

As we grow, our own visibility needs the same rigor we bring to our clients. We're looking for someone to own our LinkedIn presence and our discoverability across AI-driven search (GEO — Generative Engine Optimization), and to grow into that role over time.

The Role
Title: LinkedIn & GEO Growth Associate (Versatile)
Type: Full-time, remote
Hours: 40h/week to start, with the option to scale to 40–50h/week as workload and pay grow together, some option will be here after 3 month or less based on performance and we see up from here

This is a hybrid content + strategy + analysis role. You won't just execute — you'll help us think through how i-avantage shows up on LinkedIn and in AI search results, propose ideas, and get better at both over time.

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a clear trajectory of improvement — someone we can train and who will actively get better week over week.

LinkedIn strategy & content

Help define and refine our LinkedIn positioning within the finance/AI consulting sector
Propose and draft LinkedIn posts (thought leadership, case studies, product updates, sector commentary)
Track what's working in our niche and adapt our approach accordingly
Learn and apply the visual/editorial identity guidelines we already have in place

GEO / web discoverability

Analyze our current visibility across web search and AI-driven answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.)
Identify gaps and propose concrete ideas to improve how i-avantage is found and represented
Monitor competitor positioning and surface opportunities

General

Report progress clearly and regularly
Take feedback well and iterate fast
Flag what you don't know rather than guess — precision matters more than speed here

What We're Looking For

Comfortable writing in a professional register, ideally in both French and English
Genuine interest in LinkedIn, content, and how AI search is reshaping visibility — prior expertise is a plus, not a requirement
Organized, autonomous, reliable — someone who follows through without needing to be chased
Coachable: open to direction, correction, and structured feedback
Basic comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) — willingness to learn our internal workflows is what matters most

Not required: a marketing degree, agency experience, or deep SEO/GEO expertise going in. We'll train the skill. We can't train the work ethic.
